Although the market offers a number of similar services to our activities, lack of knowledge and preparation makes it difficult for our target audience to benefit.
Given this, we act in a subsidiary way, creating bridges between the public and the offer of available services and developing our own projects in case the demand is not met.
We accompany the population of the periphery to transform it into the protagonist of their life, their business and their family.

For micro entrepreneurs
Training – workshops and practical workshops on self-knowledge and entrepreneurship, organization and methods of work, client and market, financial management, marketing and communication, technology and innovation. In a horizontal, inclusive and participatory way, micro entrepreneurs exchange experiences and learn at the same time.
Assistance – periodic monitoring, individual and personalized for each microentrepreneur. We seek to improve results in your business by jointly defining goals, priorities, responsibilities and follow-up mechanisms.
Access to microcredit and debt renegotiation – support in obtaining microcredit with the lowest market interest rates, through partnerships with financial institutions such as Banco do Povo Paulista, FIRGUN, TuTu Digital and debt renegotiation and control of expenses with Serasa, SPC, Acordo Certo, BLU365 and Smart MEI.
Understanding that our public is a social segment of high vulnerability, we decided to invest in the development of the children of the entrepreneurs. Over time, we see how this adds knowledge and support to the business of parents, while at the same time strengthening family ties as young people feel useful in building a family project. From this experience, we designed specific training programs for the world of work for adolescents and young people lacking opportunities.
Our goal is to provide adequate training, with original content and capable of arousing interest, motivation and professional guidance.

For families and the general public
In the realization of training and advisory services we noticed that the financial and management contents applied both in the business and in the personal life of each micro entrepreneur.
And in fact, this interest can be observed in practice when in various capacities for housewives and parents, micro entrepreneurs came to interact and discover tips that could be applied within the home.
From this need, we began formulating training and guidance proposals for families, especially in the management of finances. What strikes us is to discover how something that has always been a problem and a factor of conflict can become an element of construction and unity within families, if worked with simple tools and generating a shared vision.
