In times of quarantine and pandemic, Aventura de Construir needed to reinvent itself and change its form of contact with microentrepreneurs. One of the alternatives that emerged in the midst of the crisis was lives.
AdC’s first live was exactly about changing the market before, during and after the pandemic and how it will affect the trade of every small business owner in the periphery and was taught by Carlos Ferreirinha, a brazilian guru in market intelligence.
In order to get even closer to our public, we made a live stream to the new project: Growing in Network! It was a chat with the presence of two of our social impact micrentrepreneurs, Insper and Catalise Social!
The history of these two entrepreneur inspired all participants, including the AdC team and partners. They showed us that there isn’t a miraculous solutions to face the challenges and a lot of struggle and knowledge are needed to expand the horizons. That is why the project Growing in Network makes even more sense, for opening doors and windows for a collective learning journey.
The Aventura de Construir continues to adapt and adjust to situations in order to meet the real needs of the most vulnerable population.
